Experience in Depth
The 4Rivers management team has many years of diverse experience in senior management. Individuals have been responsible for delivering multi-million dollar major oil, gas, petrochemical and resource projects from conception through to operations, including the BioEthanol sector in the U.S. Mid West.
4Rivers will capitalise upon this depth of expertise in BioEnergy project development with the intention of delivering the 4Rivers Calvert City plant into the growth market for BioEthanol and BioDiesel in the U.S.

GARY HUDSON – President & Chief Executive Officer
BSc (Civil Engineering) Professional Engineer
Gary has held senior and corporate management positions in major contracting and engineering companies including Bechtel, Dragados, Mannai Corporation, Fred Olsen, Matthew Hall and Brown & Root. With over 40 years of diverse experience in senior management positions, Gary has been responsible for managing multi-million dollar projects from conception through to operations. BioEthanol project developments are an area of particular expertise.

MARTIN THORP - Chief Financial Officer
Fellow of the Institute of Chartered Accountants in England and Wales and a member of the Securities Institute (UK).
Martin was formerly the Global Managing Partner of Arthur Andersen, based in New York and London. He was responsible for creating the firms corporate finance practice and led it through international growth from 1990 until 2002, when it became a billion dollar revenue business. Martin is experienced in corporate finance, mergers and acquisitions, restructuring and public company compliance. He sits on and advises the boards of several companies.

STEPHEN PADGETT - Vice President and Finance Director
Chartered Accountant (ACA)
Stephen specializes in corporate finance, M&A and disposals. As Finance Director and subsequently COO of GTL Resources, a UK plc listed on AIM, he took a number of petrochemical projects to project finance completion (to bank credit approvals) in Australia and the U.S with budgets of $100 to $450 million dollars. As CEO of Supporta, a support services company listed on AIM he successfully led the growth strategy of the group, completing seven acquisitions, three disposals and three corporate refinancings.

GORDON WEIGHTMAN
BA (Business Administration), Registered Engineer, MIED, MEI.
Gordon has over 30 years construction experience in the oil and gas industry, from conceptual design to commissioning. This includes senior positions in major construction contractors such as Foster Wheeler, Trafalgar House, Kvaerner and AMEC and GTL Resources on multi million dollar petrochemical and civil engineering projects. Latterly Gordon has been involved in feasibility and business development opportunities for BioEthanol plants in the U.S. and the Far East.

JACK DUNIGAN
BSc (Chemistry), MA (Agricultural Science)
Jack is a native of western Kentucky and has a sound knowledge of the Kentucky legislative framework. He was a chemist at the Calvert City Industrial Complex and taught Chemical Technology for the state of Kentucky. He owned and operated a grain elevator/fertilizer plant and a railroad for 25 years. He also founded a manufacturing facility producing animal foods with a BioDiesel process supplying its fuel. Here he was responsible for buying, selling, hedging and marketing corn.

JOHN NANGLE
MA (General Engineering & Chemical Engineering)
John has 30 years of experience in oil refining and oil trading with companies such as Shell, BP and Amerada Hess Gas Limited, performing both technical and financial roles in senior position such as Trading Director. John also has a long experience in renewables. His expertise covers long term contracts, energy and commodity trading and risk management, operations, transportation, storage, planning, systems, finance and control.

JEFFREY ALAN WILSON
Member of the Association of Cost Engineers
Jeff has over 20 years experience of project control management with companies such as Shell, Bechtel, AMEC, John Brown Engineering and GTL Resources in engineering and construction in the oil & gas, petrochemical, water, and railway industries. Jeff developed EPC contracts for Methanol plants in Australia, Oman and Egypt, and BioEthanol plants in the U.S. He has recently successfully completed, as part of the project management team, a 50 million gallon per year BioEthanol plant in the U.S. |
